You don’t need room keys at the Shorehouse Hotel! All rooms are accessible through a keypad on the room door.

Yes — Luggage AND GEAR can be stored on site in a secure location. Please reach out to us via phone or text to arrange to have your luggage ore gear stored.

We can provide safe, locked storage for gear and a convenient offsite parking area for trailers. For your convenience leave skis, bikes or any large gear items downstairs in one of our storage facilities instead of lugging gear upstairs.

No, breakfast is not included.

Pack n Plays are available upon request at no extra charge. 

Twin size cots are available (up to two per room) for an additional fee.

Yes, all of our second floor units are wheelchair accessible (Layover Day, Daisy Chain, and Magpie)

Our third floor penthouse is not accessible by wheelchair. (Throne Room)

Yes, each suite is equipped with a private network offering high speed internet.

We attempt to locate any items that have been left behind and contact guests immediately. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items during your stay. 

426 E. Main Buena Vista, Co 81211. The Hotel entrance is around the back of the building on the alley side. 

One parking spot per suite is available in our private parking lot directly behind the building. If onsite parking is not available, ample street parking is available nearby. There is also public parking for oversized vehicles and trailers one block to the North of the hotel.

Buena Vista does not have a taxi or rideshare service.

In an effort to create a safe, clean and personal space for your stay, daily house cleaning is not included in our nightly rates. Daily cleaning is available to those guests that prefer it for an additional fee. 

For long stay guests of 3 nights or longer, one complimentary tidy service can be scheduled. For stays of 7 days or longer a complimentary weekly full clean can be scheduled.

Room service is not available, however if we have the capacity to do so, we’d be happy to help get your room prepared before your arrival and can discuss a-la-carte options. Please reach out!

No, but a cold plunge in the Arkansas River is a 10-minute walk from the hotel as well as an extensive trail system for recreation and a whitewater park with surf waves and access to Class III Rapids. 

Shorehouse Hotel guests get a discount at Terraform Sauna, located 1 block from the hotel.

Each room is equipped with a full washer and dryer, detergent and cleaning supplies for guests to use during their stay.

Yes, as each suite is a full apartment, each is appointed with a full kitchen: full size refrigerator and freezer, full oven , cooking utensils, pots and pans, salt, pepper, and oil.

Buena Vista has such good water Arrowhead Water takes it from our aquifers and fills bottles with it! Bring a refillable bottle for your stay and drink out of the taps. 

Yes, our neighbor bar and restaurant, The Buena Viking, is just steps away through an outdoor courtyard and, with a downtown Main Street location, a plethora of restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the Shorehouse. 

Yes! The liquor license for The Buena Viking extends into our building and can be brought anywhere in the Shorehouse or CKS retail space. 

Each unit is appointed with a full kitchen with cookware, dishes, and anything one would need in the kitchen. 

Unfortunately, pets are not welcome. 

Service animals must be under the handler’s control and supervision at all times. If a guest’s service animal causes damages to a guest room, the hotel is permitted to charge the same fee for damages as charged to other guests. Your pet can still come on your vacation — We can provide information for them to have their own luxury boarding facility nearby! 

Smoking of tobacco is not permitted anywhere and must take place more than 25-feet from any doorway. 

Colorado’s Clean Indoor Air Act prohibits smoking in all indoor common areas, in all or any part of the property, both indoors and outdoors. 

A valid credit card will be required to book a suite at the Shorehouse Hotel. The credit card used at booking is held for incidental charges and additional fees. 

All cancellations must be made in writing. 

• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days after booking and more than 30 days prior to the reservation start date will receive a full refund to the original form of payment.

• Cancellations made between 15 and 60 days after booking and more than 14 days prior to the reservation start date will receive a full refund in the form of Shorehouse credit.

• Cancellations made more than 60 days after booking or within 14 days prior to the reservation start date will not receive a refund.
